When Hanson Carlen finishes a project, there is always something unique about the home where we will stand back, look at and really love. One of these exceptional things in this new home was the woodwork. Every piece of the woodwork in this home was done entirely by our employees in our shop- many hours of hard work went into it! The woodwork in this home gives it an old-world home charm.
One of the exceptional features in this office that gives it this unique feel is the wooden beams. Wooden beams create an architectural balance, which adds elements that are geometric and gives spatial configurations within a room. Classic old-world designs often have arched doorways, windows, beamed ceilings, classical columns, and molding around the walls.
