Lake Home Elevator
We just completed building a home in Liberty Lake that had a cool feature we’ve never incorporated into one of our projects… a residential elevator!
The owners wanted the home to be as close and accessible to the lake as possible; it was also important to them to be able to live in this home forever and age easily and comfortably in it.
This home had a unique design by our architect, Janette. Leading from the garage is a bridge into the 3rd floor of the home. Upon entering the home, you are taken in by the large, beautiful breath-taking view of the lake through large, gorgeous windows.
From the third floor to the lake level (patio area) of the home is about a 30-foot drop. Having an elevator built into the home makes it more accessible to host parties at the home and easier as you live in this forever home to be able to access all floors of the home easily.
