Building Retaining Walls on a Lake Home

Oftentimes when looking at purchasing a lot or land to build on, site work is overlooked. Site work can affect the cost of a project depending on how extensive it is. Homes on the lake typically involve more site work due to the location.

This beautiful new home requires extensive, well-thought through site work to make this home functional and make the most out of the location and view.

Planning and communication were essential to ensure this project went smoothly. There were many challenges we faced but they were all overcome and resulted in a successful accessible lake home!
