David Hanson Owner David is one of the owners of Hanson Carlen. He is one of the highly skilled master carpenters who has been working in construction since his early teens. David manages the office and sales of our company and works with the architects on budgeting.		Tom Hanson Owner Tom is one of the two owners of Hanson Carlen. He is one of the highly skilled master carpenters who has been working in construction since his early teens. Tom is the cabinet builder/artisan of the company and runs the cabinet shop. Tom’s father was one of the original owners.		Ryan Ruffcorn Director of Architecture Ryan has been part of the Hanson Carlen team for 10 plus years providing creative design solutions to many of the company's most challenging and notable projects. Ryan is a registered architect and has over twenty years of experience in the programming, design and construction of residential projects. Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Architects and received his Bachelor of Architecture from Washington State University.

Janette Hruban Architect Janette is a registered architect who is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Janette received her Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University as well as a Masters of management from Webster University.		Kimberley Hanson Kimberly handles the company's accounts payable and receivable along with various secretarial and office duties. Kim enjoys writing, teaching and gardening. Kimberley is married to David Hanson.		Dave Schlosser Dave is a highly skilled carpenter and project leader. Dave has over thirty years experience in residential building.

Construction Crew Our construction crews are part of our staff and are valued, key members of our team. Each member of our crew is respectful of you, your family members, and your property. Hanson-Carlen has a 'hands-on' policy of building, which means you will not be turned over to an unknown crew.
